STAY AWAY! This business appears to be either defunct or fraudulent at this point, I would strongly recommend no one try buying anything from them. I paid for a Police Box Companion Ring almost three months ago, figuring that would be ample time before my anniversary. Their receipt page even says they ship within 4 weeks. The ring was never shipped and they have refused every attempt to contact them. We ordered our rings March 2024 and got them by June 2024. I was nervous about using the site at first b/c I called the company multiple times the next day and no one answered. There was no email to contact the company. And there were barely any reviews online besides the ones on this Google page. I even checked the BBB 😅. So I reported the purchase as fraud to my bank. A month later, the bank said they were able to contact the vendor and prove it was a legitimate purchase. So I called the vendor again and was able to talk ... read more

I cannot express how unbelievably angry that I am with Art and Gems Jewelers without multiple expletives, so I'll just give the details. My husband bought me the Grand Police Box ring in Sterling Silver with Sapphires for Christmas. I liked it, but have tiny fingers and the design was a little overwhelming for my hand. My husband called and asked if he could return it and they said 'no'.
