Arts & Crafts are the epitome of the term “Slumlord.” My experience as a residential tenant was horrid. They were non-communicative and very slow to make repairs which were truly just band aids. They were dismissive of legitimate concerns, and only took action when forced by the Philly’s License & Inspection. Rude employees. A company that aids in the displacement of those within the Poplar community.
