I shop here often and have never gotten the warm and fuzzy from the staff but chose to ignore it because I love the items in the shop. I had run in for a card and when I presented my debit card as my form of payment the owner rudely told me that she did not want to run my card for such a small amount and that I would have to buy more or go to an ATM. My husband has sent me serveral arrangments over the years and the girls at Atrellis are the best. There designs are unique, not your usual mums and carns. And there use of color is perfect. I have never been disappointed. They also have lots of great gifts
I have been a flower buyer for many years. Often times I have been unhappy, but I have been nothing but pleased with this shop. They have the most beautiful arrangments. You can tell the designers really care. In the past year I have sent 6-10 arrangments and each time I have recieved rave reviews from the reciepents. I would recomend this store to all my friends. They also have a great gifts and offer free gift wrap.
