Last April when storms hit St. Charles, I decided to get my roof checked out by Artown Roofing. Ron Bailey was exceptional in his knowledge and professionalism. He explained exactly where the damage was and what to expect for the whole process of replacing it. My insurance company was very stingy and excessively bureaucratic. Terrible business. These guys were hired after last year's storms by our home's previous owners to put on a new roof and stain the deck. We bought the house a month after the work was done. The first big rain storm showed we had leaks in the roof. They came out to fix it and the next rainstorm showed that the fix didn't work. After a second attempt the roof stopped leaking (we think).
