The worst company I have ever worked for. Kim smith is a horrible manager. Jim Ociff is an enabler of her lack of management skills. Kim lacks professionalism, and the patience to be able to mentor an employee. I was discriminated on due to my age and she projected onto her employees when she was stressed. I will be taking legal action for the horrible experience and emotional turmoil I was put through during my employment here.
