My experience with Artlynn was easy and helpful from beginning to end. The office staff in Lansing was super nice. They showed me their product and explained all of the package options without being pushy. I was asked questions about the style I liked, how I wanted the day to go, etc. Their prices for the product cannot be beat. We used Artlynn for our wedding on 06/01/2014. It was an amazing experience from signing the contract to picking up the proofs. The whole staff is friendly and professional. Our photographer Tony was professional, patient and a lot of fun. Taking all those pictures can be draining he kept everything upbeat and made us laugh. He had great ideas for pictures. We love the wedding pictures and also the engagement session.

I would say that Artlynn was fantastic. If I could give more stars I would. Artlynn was so flexible and affordable. My husband and I loved the photos and had a ball taking the pictures. The pictures came out beautiful. We are so happy with the pictures. They look like they should be in a magazine. Tim was so amazing. He was willing to take any photo and had some unique and creative ideas. Our photos were done in 2 weeks. I cannot believe how fast the turn around time was. Amazing business.

While planning my wedding I looked spoke to my sister about who photographed her wedding and she said Artlynn but told me she wasn't 100% happy with her services from them. Her wedding was 8 years ago so I chose to go in and speak to them anyways. When I first arrived there was a gentleman who told me he was from another location but he could help me. We were pretty disappointed with Artlynn. The photographer we chose was not the one who showed up at our wedding nor were we notified of the change as they said they would. We had very few photos to choose from considering the price, and my biggest issue was having to create the wedding album by hand, on a piece of paper, so you don't have any idea how the pages will actually turn out when it is complete. I was extremely pleased with the photography service Artlynn provided. Tony made me feel at ease in those stressful moments before the wedding. He was very professional, yet personal and fun. He got to know everyone in the wedding party, and made everyone feel at ease having their picture taken. He took pictures according to my wishes.
