Artloft on Washington please please do not rent from them. The building is roach infested. It’s dirty. Ac down for months in STL heat. Appliances roach infested. A roach lived in my clock on my stove. The staff don’t speak English. Maintenance comes to fix things and it’s still not fixed. Which requires another work order for a return fix.
