Having never been to therapy before I guess I didn't really realize what it was going to be. I thought David would just advise me, like advice from a friend. But it was so much more professional than that. David is very smart and gentle and he guided me to my own assessments of myself. This was great because instead of thinking what would David say, I really began to know what I would say of myself and it was very empowering and helped me through my own struggles. I'm very happy with David.
My experience here was amazing- my depression, anxiety and even some ptsd symptoms improved immensely over the months after engaging in ketamine assisted therapy (KAP sessions) Everyone I interacted with, my therapist was kind and supportive. I will Definetly go back to them if I start struggling again with the “end and flows” of mental the health battle, especially being in the music Industry .
