Pros - close to Target, helpful staff. Rarely hear any noise from neighbors because of the concrete walls. Amenities are good, lots of events, and also breakfast offered on Fridays. Amazing view if you have a balcony in your apartment. Safe and secure place. Cons - Very expensive for a small area. When my lease was up they wanted a $200 up charge to the already expensive rent. I recently moved into Artistry 4 months ago. Beautiful apartment, very clean, love the amenities, amazing staff who is willing to always lend a hand if something occurs. Samantha, Kristen, Abigail made the entire move in process super easy. If you want a place that is secure and has great safety features, especially being located downtown, Artistry is the place for you.
Artistry on 10th is the most wonderful place I've ever live in! The main advantages I highlight: 1. Safe place, and there is a locked package room. You need to tap your key in elevator to get to your floor 2. Target is near 3. Community events! Like movie nights, craft making and so on 4. Friday breakfasts! I am so disappointed with the management. My nephew recently passed away and they are still holding his parents responsible for giving them a 60 day notice of canceling his lease. Today, his Rent was taken out again. In times like this, some compassion and common sense should prevail. Update: We have discussed this with the Management Team and it seems a mutual resolution has been reached. I appreciate their understanding and compassion during this horrible time.
