I felt very comfortable and at ease. Today was my first time getting injections in my face and I was more than hesitant. Cheryl walked and talked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable before she proceeded.
Cheryl was very patient and reassuring as she explained each step before she did it. She took her time and waited did not rush anything. Every thing went smoothly and successfully.
Melissa is very informative. She is knowledgeable and makes sure you understand the procedure. She is friendly and professional. I recommend her to anyone.

Cheryl Sugar was so WONDERFUL!!! The procedure was a bit more painful than I realized it would be, but she made me as 'at ease' as I could be,considering I wasn't expecting the pain. You can totally feel her empathy and support while the procedure is being done! She informs the patient throughout...and is very encouraging. I am SO excited to see the results in a few months...and I am sure I will be back for more!!! .
