Madison is the best leasing agent ever! We loved our time at the Artisan, and hate to leave it. Other apartment complexes in viera tend to make you feel like you are living in their space, but Madison helped us make it feel like home by treating us with respect and quite frankly, like we were neighbors. The pool is as pictured and definitely the best in the area.
Went on a tour here recently & was not real impressed. Maybe I’ve been spoiled at my current place but I got bad vibes. They aren’t gated but also dont do parking passes or reserved spots which doesn’t sit right with me. The buildings need to be power washed as there is dirt and grime leaking down the siding. One of the units we looked at the floor was warped. We were not shown the clubhouse for some reason. I did spot a couple small black bugs in the shower. Came to visit a friend and had some stuff stolen out of my cargo carrier on my car. Other than that, the apartment complex looks decent
