I wrote a review and they said their gym equipment was being fixed. Guess what they brought 2 peloton bikes and you need to buy your own membership to use those so its pretty useless. the other exercise bike on the second floor still doesnt work. there were no radical changes to the gym as they claimed. i mean for the same price, other apartments have far more amenities like a much larger clubhouse with a lot more gym equipment. i mean the Linz at like a literal 24/7 coffee machine that has starbucks coffee and look at their... read more

Moving here has truly been a great experience. From the start, I am excited about the community and have really fallen in love with it. Of course, like anywhere, we’ve had a few work orders (because no place is ever 100% perfect), but the difference here is how quickly and kindly the maintenance team responds. Madison of the artisan apartments did a great of helping us move into our apartment and helping us get settled in, she also assisted us in finding a moving company, who made the move pleasant and problem free
