I really wanted them to be a great selection for our community. This was not the case.I had grass in my back yard when they took over our community. They are contracted to maintain what is already there due to the previous company not doing what they were supposed to. I had grass but when they let the sprinklers malfunction, irrigation malfunction and stop mowing it all died. I have dirt in my back yard, and they have said they won't replace my grass. We understand this homeowners frustration and have been communicating with him. Here is what we explained: When we took over this community, we faced many issues. Existing dead grass was the biggest.Our contract specifies that ArtisTree is responsible for all landscape maintenance services, none of which include plant or sod replacement unless we damage them from mowing or negligence.In short, we maintain what the community already has. Polo Run at Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Fl, is supposed to be a "maintenance free" community, Artistree has the contract to take care of our lawn and we have never been so embarrassed for the current state of our front and backyard, it is almost 90% weed and dead patches, the landscapers keep chopping everything outside without caring to inform, and the representatives are nowhere to be found. Artistree is a scam and a major fraud.
