Wonderful professionalism! Contacted me 4 days before my appointment to confirm that I had booked for the wrong thing. After realizing my child was too young she sent me referrals to another braider who would work for our age range. We will be back when my child is old enough.

As a professional in the financial industry and member service- I sought advice. The following states: "From a service provider standpoint: If the client cancelled outside of the cancellation terms , given the current economic times there should be an honor that deposit for a later date of their choosing. Now if it was within the cancellation frame, they would get their deposit back if they didn't wish to reschedule. (Which I chose not to reschedule). She was so nice friendly and gave me great advice on what to do with my natural hair and what vitamins to take to help. She treated my hair with really good care and I was so happy with the results.
