DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FLORIST!! Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day. The worst arrangement I have ever seen was delivered to her. It was nothing like what I ordered. I asked for the correct arrangement be taken to her - that was never done. I asked for a refund - that never happened either. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau & these cowards wouldn’t even respond to the BBB. This was such a horrible experience. Please spend your money at another shop.
Very disappointed and plan on doing a chargeback. Decided to go with a local florist, and this florist came up top of the search. They were very close to my home so thought I'd give them a go. Day of delivery thought I'd call to ensure delivery. When I called, the call was forwarded with a message saying that the call could not be placed because it had been forwarded too many times.
