Artistic was the 1st company we called when our RV got stuck on my sister's sandy property, who also happens to be one of the biggest names in Sebring & holds an account with Artistic. Bob demanded $250 cash to come out 11/25 around 8pm (Thanksgiving eve) for what would be a 10 min job. So we called Good Sam roadside assistance, where the winch out is covered by my membership. Bob is one of the drivers and I had a very bad experience with him since when I called to give him some information from the insurance he was very rude and disrespectful same with the other person that answered the phone the day before. I’ll never use their service again

Extremely rude bad customer service
Terrible customer service! I wouldn't do business with them if it was the last place around. My roommate wrecked his truck and was set up with this company through his insurance and they treated him like crap when he called asking about the tow that was late due to him going to bed because he works nights. They acted like he was annoying them and they didn't know about the set up even though he has two email confirmations.
