El servicio cliente, la amabilidad y servir al paciente debe de ser una prioridad en las clinica. Pero esta oficina no la tiene. Me dijero que no encontraba en sus sistema y me hiciero perder el tiempo en dos ocaciones de llamar a mi seguro Hasta mi seguro le envio un fax con la evidencia que tenia el seguro. Cuando lo verifica me dice que el ID es diferente al que yo le di. Pero llamo a mi seguro y dice que el id que yo tengo es el correcto. Asi que si esta buscando algo que el servicio sea excelente. This place is amazing! This was my son’s first time at the dentist and he was so nervous. Luckily our dental assistant Sheila made him feel safe and like a big boy. She made his experience amazing!!
Highly recommend! Everyone was so nice & the dentist was great! I was in and out quickly! I'm terrified of going to the dentist & I felt so calm & look forward to my next appointment.
People were friendly and nice and all that but I got dentures here because my teeth were getting bad, big mistake. The dentures themselves don't match, and now, when I smile, I am all gums. The dentures hurt me while wearing them and when I told them that, they said i had to get my bone shaved and now that I did that the dentures don't fit and they won't change them because they're already "finished".
The employees are all kind and friendly they doo all that they can for others this place is truly amazing
