Wait time is ridiculous at this clinic, especially the Reno and Carson locations. Cleanliness is definitely an issue as the waiting room smells like a public restroom and the rooms are not well maintained. It would definitely be a good idea to have it inspected for sanitary purposes. The staff are very inconsistent and unprofessional and quite frankly, some are just downright incompetent. This place is bad bad. The office manager Sonya goes out of her way to be rude. She tried to get in my sons face about broken brackets.Yet I was handed nothing when he got braces on not care info instructions nothing Don't go here go another place and report these people to your insurance..

Rudest staff in Reno – I have never seen staff so rude, they may want to call themselves dental assistants but they need to wake up and learn that being a secretary means polite and courteous. Your clientelle may be welfare people on bad times with this economy does not endow the staff of this dump to treat human beings like trash.

Not a family oriented business – If you want a dentist that is family friendly then go elsewhere and avoid this place like the plague. I bring in my toddler like I have for over a year and I use his playpen to keep him out of trouble. And in walks this I assume either a secretary or a dentist and asks me to just hold the toddler (easier said then done) and not use the playpen since they have limited space.
