Terrible experience. The girl who took care of me refused to believe me when i told her that not all my nails were fake. She insisted in removing "them." Which got painful of course. In the process she removed layers of my real nails. Stopped because madame felt very uncomfortable having me reacting to the pain. I had to stop reacting so madame would feel comfortable. She finally stopped for good. So grateful that she did. I was in kind of a hurry and was ready to take the pain and finish the job. I have a big event tonight.... read more

I went to this salon as soon as they opened. I didn't need a fill because they had just been done a couple days prior, by this very salon. This was my second time coming to the salon. I needed my nails filed down because I didn’t like the stiletto shape I previously had gotten. I asked them to file down my acrylic nails as well as change the polish on my toenails and acrylic nails. One nail tech did the polish change on my toes and then a few other customers walked in.
