Sergio did not change the blade before he shaved my neck for my beard, did not apply lotion/cream so he nicked my neck. I've never been to a barber that doesn't change the blade and he assured me it was changed that morning and not used on anyone else before my appointment at 3pm. I have concerns. Haircut wasn't that great either. Place is dirty - I'd avoid.
Have been going here for years. Nice, clean, professional. Reasonable rates. Wonderful service
