AM&G provided a template after coming out and measuring our countertops and I requested to have the overhang dimension be changed from their arbitrarily assigned 1-1/2" to 1-1/8". Template was updated but dimensions didn't add up and they missed correcting a dimension for my island. Template updated but another dimension found 1/4 inch off. At that point AM&G requested I pay $150 for them to come out and re-measure my cabinets. I asked why I was being asked to pay $150 as the dimensions were their dimensions not mine.
