AM&G provided a template after coming out and measuring our countertops and I requested to have the overhang dimension be changed from their arbitrarily assigned 1-1/2" to 1-1/8". Template was updated but dimensions didn't add up and they missed correcting a dimension for my island. Template updated but another dimension found 1/4 inch off. At that point AM&G requested I pay $150 for them to come out and re-measure my cabinets. I asked why I was being asked to pay $150 as the dimensions were their dimensions not mine. Great people to work with. Everything is absolutely beautiful. One counter was cut incorrectly when it arrived. They were very quick to get a new one cut and installed in a couple of days. Great experience all the way around.
