I cannot be disappointed more with the job this company is doing and with poor professionalism of the employees. They have no idea about "artistic maintenance" or anything artistic or aesthetic in general. Their true name should be "Ruthless Tree Butchers". Pine trees they "maintain" look ugly and have trouble recovering (the pictures enclosed). I guess HOAs that pick them as their landscaping company care only about low costs, not aesthetics.
