This builder was the WORST builder I have ever dealt with. Bob sent in the Hernando Tile Company. The men he sent were DRUNK. You could smell it on the guys breath. So many mistakes were made that my husband had to redo the tile in the kitchen. The electric company , Schmitt, sent a supervisor named Ramone, who clearly blamed my husband for the recessed lights not fitting. We didn't build it. Artistic Homes made the MISTAKE! Ok builder. Pool spa never worked. They said it would entail digging it up and we had a hard move date. Bogus charges for fill dirt, fake ridge vents, no marble vanity tops. I wouldn’t use them again or recommend.
A wonderful builder, great home and super experience. After 24 homes in my life, this one by Artistic is the best.
