YOU ARE NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER !!! I WOULD DEFINITELY GET A DIFFERENT BUILDER IF I WERE YOU. THAT IS UNLESS YOU LIKE DELAY, AFTER DELAY, AFTER DELAY....NEED I SAY MORE??? THEY ARE ALSO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EVERY TIME WE ASK WHERE THE PERSON HEADING THE JOB OF BUILDING OUR HOUSE WAS... THE ANSWER... VACATION. THIS HAPPENED THREE TIMES IN THE TIME FRAME IT TOOK TO BUILD OUR HOME. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE!!!
Horrible experience, the contractors were flagged four times by the county, for deficiencies in construction. When completed the the slab had so many cracks in it, it looked like a road map. When we had our final, Artistic tacked on another $2500 for an upgrade in the air handler we never authorized. Bob Eaton and his employees were less than considerate.

Unlevel floors,we have a 10’ wall thats 4” off ,cracks all over from the pool to the garage,now the outside wall is cracking. The superintendent they had was very nice and as helpful as he could be but thats as far as it goes. The floor in the dining room is so bad its hard to put anything thing in that corner, the general overall build quality is just not that good so no,could not recommend.
