Absolute disaster—stylist ruined my hair and refused to admit it. Avoid! I had a terrible experience at this salon. Before the haircut, I clearly showed the stylist a reference photo of myself to explain exactly what I wanted—a layered, textured, and fresh Japanese-style short cut that frames the face nicely. Instead, the stylist completely ruined it. The beautiful layers on the sides were chopped straight off, leaving it flat and completely lacking shape. Do not go to this place. Asian stylist do not seem to speak English well, do not ask for or if told do not follow instructions for hair cut. Worst experience and service!
1/5 - No need to say much recent reviews scream stay away. Staff attitude is awful, haircut skills are embarrassingly bad. This place deserves to shut down. Save yourself the regret and go elsewhere.
