I had my hair and makeup trial today. Erin made me look stunning. Her work even stayed flawless through my water aerobics class. I'm so excited to have her as my stylist on my wedding day!

Horrible experience! I went here on March 5th to get my hair done called and had an appointment and she gave pricing over the phone. Once I got there she said the price was still ok but it may not be as bright as I want it. I was ok with that but once she got done there was absolutely no change to my hair she didn’t even cut it as short as I wanted. She knew I wasn’t happy and knew it looked pretty much the same and still tried to charge me but took $20 off. I was so upset we settled on $45 off which I still think is ridicul... read more

These people were so rude and unprofessional they made my bride cry on our big day. Thankfully I didnt get the privilege of meeting them before they stormed off, because I was about to make a scene at my own wedding. Making rude commentary to her the whole time they "fixed" her hair which fell apart within 10 minutes resulting in the maid of honor calling them back to do their job right. Very disrespectful, unprofessional, and unsanitary. They do not care about their clients, make up excuses about why they didn’t want to show up on time (an hour and a half late at that), and unnecessary rude commentary throughout their stay in styling my sisters wedding hair. We would strongly suggest anyone that may have interest in this company to run away, as fast as you can before you have as bad of an experience as us. Made an appointment for 4:30 on a Saturday, when I got there the doors were locked so I called the number on the website and they said “oh okay hang on just one second” so I figured they were there and just going to come unlock the door. I wouldn’t have minded waiting but I wish someone would have called me to let me know they weren’t going to be there on time, but not too big of a deal at this point. These ladies did a phenomenal job on my bridal hair and makeup, as well as mothers and bridesmaids! They were professional, great listeners, and made us all feel comfortable and beautiful! Some girls were specific with what they wanted and some were more laidback. Everyone was very happy with how they looked. Our makeup photographed so well.
