HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL rude, lied, etc. They called at 730pm saying they had been trying to deliver a flower order all day. Not true. When I told them the delivery was too late and to refund the order, they not only refused, they said they were not going to deliver the flowers EITHER. DO NOT USE. TERRIBLE.
