I had the worst experience with Artistic Flowers: I called and spoke to the owner/manager on October the 14th, to arrange for local delivery on the 21st. She took my credit card information, and assured me that my mother would get her birthday flowers. A week went by, and I hadn't heard from my mother, so I asked her if she had received the flowers - but no. So I called the business back to inquire.
