I ordered a bouquet for my niece through Artistic Flowers website and what was delivered was NOT at all what I ordered. I get that substitutions might need to be made but this was just a rip off. I paid $53 (before tax and delivery!) for the "splendid day" arrangement and they sent 4 pink roses (not lavender) and some half dyed CARNATIONS with some baby's breath. My Husband ordered me flowers through Teleflora and requested Artisitic flowers and they did a wonderful arrangment that smelled wonderful and looked so beautiful. I was not home when they delivered and they left a card for me to call them and they came back out and delivered them to me. I have called them when I need flowers for friends in the hospital and they always make beautiful flowers in the price range that I want for them. It all started with FTD and ended with Artistic Flowers. I ordered flowers through FTD for my mother and they did not arrive. After 2 days, 4 hours of phone time and 4 emails I demanded another florist. They then sent the order to Artistic Flowers. Artistic Flowers did the arrangement in 15 minutes and it looked like it. My 7 year old daughter could have done a better job. It literal looked like they grabbed some flowers, cut the bottoms and stuck them in the closest vase around and took them over to her.
