RecommendedI highly recommend James and his crew. They did a great job installing an epoxy stone floor in our basement. Top notch!
They ruined the floors in our house. Did a concrete overlay and left a huge mistake in the floor, thinking we'd be ok with it. We let him fix it but within a month, the whole floor, in every room, started cracking all over. We gave him every opportunity to correct, just had excuses and it was never fixed. We stopped letting him ruin out floors. Funny that two of the 5 star reviews here are from him and his significant other. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
The finish is so fragile that rubber-soled athletic shoes leave marks. Nails they failed to sweep up are embedded in the clear coat, posing a hazard to bare feet. They came back once to repair a few of these, but as we've found more they're no longer interested in fixing their mess.
