Keep an eye on your bill and explanation of benefits because they don’t. Received a bill for over $1000 because they failed to follow up when insurance did not pay on a submitted claim. And, in their words “assumed that the bill would paid when they resubmitted.” It wasn’t and 18 months later we got the bill. At that point it was too late to refile. Very friendly and accepting. No judgements on past oral history. They simply want to make you your best. The practitioners from the dentists through the hygienists and front desk staff go out of the way to make sure you are not anxious or uncomfortable.
Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I had to cancel my appointment (did it ahead of time) because I don’t have insurance since my husband lost his job. They decided I deserved to be charged 40 dollars for that. It sucks being kicked when you’re already down.
The staff at Massie Dental are excellent. I highly recommend them.
