Beware if you bought the Keratin Groupon: If I could give a 0 I would. Worst experience I have had at a salon in my 20 years of getting my hair done. I bought a Groupon for the keratin treatment. I called & they were booked up about 3 weeks (which is expected with the Groupon deal) So I booked it and the day before my treatment a woman called me (not the owner, Lynn) to say that the owner would not be able to take me the next day for the treatment. charged more because I had voucher I bought off groupon. stylist admitted they only get 40% from what is paid to groupon therefore told me there was additional charge of course to get some of the 60% she lost
Nick has been cutting my hair for years and have always been pleased with what he does. Highly recommend!
They do not honor Groupon. Their brands are not good for the price. Brushed my hair with a brush that she has previously used on another customer and there was hair left on the brush.

on February 11th I walked into artistic Cuts salon and spa I wanted highlights and spoke to a lady named lee showed her a picture spent 4 hours and 15 minutes this is the worst place I've ever ever been to an ever made a comment like this on any places I'm going to make sure everybody knows about this place how they have no clue what they're doing she had to redol my hair twice with foil my hair is highlighted all white and red blotches I am so freaking pissed off I will never ever recommend this place to anyone ever I am di... read more
VERY DISAPPOINTED with my Keratin Treatment at this salon. I had the keratin treatment done by Brittany, spent 3 hours in the salon, followed the post treatment instructions. On the 4th day, I washed my hair with non-sulfate shampoo and conditioner and my hair didn't look much different than before the keratin treatment. My hair is medium length, straight with a little frizz and a little wavy just in the back of my hair.
