This company appears to only do new installations. If you need additional service they won’t get back to you. At least this was my experience. No responde mensajes después de la instalación. Solo le gustan los trabajos grandes y punto.
Pésimo servicio al cliente. Para lograr comunicarse con el señor Armando tengo que llamarlo una y otra vez hasta que atienda. No devuelve las llamadas, dice que va a venir y no viene ni llama para avisar que no viene. Una vez que te vende el producto crucen los dedos para que no les pase nada con las cortinas porque una vez que cobro nunca más atendió el teléfono. Ni llamándolo de distintos teléfonos atiende. Muy mala experiencia.

I have used Artistic Blinds for 3 residences since 2000 . I found Armando to be very prompt and courteous. He takes exact measurements and has a nice array of choices. He knows his business! His prices are competitive and the more you use him the cheaper it gets! Good business! If I buy any more residences in the future I will certainly be using Artistic Blinds.
