I recently worked with Jack Best who gave me an excellent virtual tour of the unit which I ended up signing for. He clearly explained all the intricacies of the building and the contract, and was open to answering questions I had about the city of Ottawa and its different neighbourhoods. Jack was really helpful and open, and with his help I was able to find my new home!
