Made a reservation with enough time to walk over to see an event at the Kia Center. Arrived early and was told that they seat exactly on time (even when there were open and clean tables visible) so we waited at the bar. My wife had to request seating after we waited 15 min at the bar. Immediately ordered drinks and meals after being seated and informed our server that we were right on time. This place had great food. We had the brunch bowl (Artisan bowl?) and the waffles. Both dishes were great! The place also looks wonderful as well! Make sure you bring a light jacket in case it’s a little cool.
Was really excited to go here with my wife. However, they REFUSED to cook our steak, not hamburger, but New York Strip medium rare. Our VERY nice server says everyone has our shocked reaction. The owner yells at them if it’s not cooked at least medium or well done. This is the opposite of what most nice restaurants do and sort of nuts.
