I have only known Paul the owner of Artisans Jewelers a short time. I have to admire his honesty, integrity, and hard work for many years in the jewelry business. If there was ever a problem with a customer, he always went above and beyond to make it right, and fair to both himself and customers. Don't care about you, they just want your money. It's a good thing they have some decent brands because this place would be out of business if it were up to their customer service. You will have the same experience here as one at a used car dealer on 8 mile. Once you sign the receipt they don't care about you at all and threaten to get their legal team involved if you ask why your order was not delivered on the promised date. My fiancée purchased my engagement ring from here and proposed to me Christmas Eve. I took it in for sizing the day after Christmas and haven't seen it since. Shipping date is now February 4th to my understanding. I understand that it had to be sent back to the company and an entirely new band had to be made, but what is disappointing is that nobody told me this was even a possibility. I had a fiasco with another jeweler incorrectly setting a diamond in a ring purchased at Artisan. The staff at Artisan took such wonderful care of me. Thanks to them I will finally have an engagement ring that I can wear without being afraid of losing the diamond. I would also like to comment on the huge selection they have. I will never go to another jeweler!
