I can honestly say after a half a century on earth 🌎 There's no better place or nicer people to rent or lease from.
Scary. Nobody returns your calls for rental. Part is burned down, another part a tree fell on. Road in is a dumping ground. But there is one nice art gallery and studio with professional storefront.
