We hired them to remove an ember smudge from a limestone hearths and then seal the entire limestone facade and hearth. It was like the Frick and Frack show. One guy worked, the guy talked incessantly and walked around the first floor of the house, during a pandemic spread by aerosolized matter (as in, shut up and wear a proper mask). They got the smudge off, then got over zealous on the mortar and created a new issue they made no offer to resolve. We had a great experience with Rob and the team at Artisan. Rob was really responsive, his quote was reasonable, and the work that Logan and Henry did was great. They solved a problem that was not their doing (it was from the original contractor who did our tile work), re-grouted a tub/shower, cleaned a floor, cleaned a second shower, and even took care of an issue we had with hard water residue on our bathroom counters. We are very happy with Artisan Stone Restoration!

Robert and his team was very prompt for our estimate appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable about all types of stone and marble restoration.
