I was calling around on a Friday for a same day delivery on a nice weather weekend, so it was a longshot. The competitor I called (who I have used for some time) was very short with me, and gave me an emphatic no with no further effort, and hung up. I called Artisan, and spoke to Angie. She said their schedule was full also, but she wanted to take my information, talk to the owner and see if there was any way to move things around and make it work. This company has earned this rating. At the entrance I was met by a worker in a golf cart who drove me to look at the landscape stone varieties and helped me with my selection. He then met me at the office and calculated the amount of stone I need down to the shovelful. Perfect. Then I talked to the owner who introduced me to the driver and agreed to deliver the stone the same day. The driver dropped the stone and three hours after ordering the stone I was ready to go.
