This place is horrible! They will give you an appointment at 11:30, then go to lunch while you wait! I am not joking. You will get called back around 1:30! They have a comete disregard for their patients. Once you go back you are seen by an untrained goon who will shred your mouth and perform shoddy work. We have had brackets fall ofg before we got home and/or an inch of extra wire left untrimmed behind molars! You will never see the actual orthodontist. How they keep their license is a mystery. This is the worst place ever! Very very unprofessional , they have closed two locations within 6 months and gave the patients no kind of notification or heads up!! And when my daughter's went for their appointments they would rush them in and out always doing a half ass job!! My daughter is so upset with the way her teeth look and it makes me frustrated as a parent that there's nothing I can do!Do the future patience a favor and shut this place down all together!!!
NEVER EVER go to this practice. The surgeon tried to pad the bill by pulling two healthy teeth from my mouth. I confirmed with my general dentist that the teeth were healthy. MALPRACTICE AWAITS! The one star rating is not low enough.
They are truly awful. 1 they told my father he needed all his teeth pulled for dentures, so there was $400 because you need some special medicine that of course insurance doesn’t cover and it’s $200 a pop. Then he goes back because he has bone spurs, what does this awful place tell him. They will go away on their own (which they won’t). When I told them they were originally pulling his wrong teeth. these people are THE WORST EVER, I went to have my top teeth removed and they never told me that a shot for twilight sleep was 200 in advance which was the day of my surgery,,,then NEVER called in my pain meds even after calling many times about it then on top after I went to another oral surgeon I had a bad infection and these wanna be ppl left 4 teeth roots in my mouth that should have been removed. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE.!!!!! Im also reporting them to the ada for investigation
They schedule a bunch of people at same appointment time so it takes forever. Set up is like an assembly line with minimal information or time given to patients. Brackets have popped off same day as application. If you leave a message for office staff you never receive a call back. I have never once been able to meet the actual orthodontist and my child has been going there since pre-covid. They will pull all the wrong teeth and make it your fault.
I had an 11:15am appt. and the staff let me sit in the office until 12:25. I waited an hour and 10 minutes. I only live 10-15 minutes away from the York office and they could have had the common courtesy to contact me and let me know they were over an hour behind. They had no concern for my time and after I shared this with them after the appt. they still showed no concern for my time. That was very disrespectful to a customer! Very poor communication skills at this office! I would avoid them if possible!
