Very bad supplier.
Since Artisan machines aren't any different than the Reliable brand, I'd recommend going with Reliable! Based on personal experience, and the experiences of 2 local upholstery shops that made the mistake of purchasing their machines through Artisan.... the customer service, and willingness of the owner to stand behind his products are horrible! When you spend thousands of dollars with this company, you'd expect that when your brand new machine gets delivered and doesn't function properly (due to manufacturing issues), that t... read more
