I would rate this less than 1 star if I could. My company sent back an item for evaluation of repair, and they couldn't even tell us what was wrong, they just tried to sell us a new/used one. They have horrible e-mail communication, sometimes taking a week to reply, and some times not replying at all. If you have a choice, choose a different company for your repairs and calibations. So it was a waste of the $150.00 bench fee because they couldn't tell us what was wrong with it.. I'm starting to doubt they even looked at it.
