Rugs look brand new!!! I used Artisan for the first time and the entire experience exceeded my expectations! Found them through a Google search and reviewed their online presence. It appears they have a passion for rug cleaning so I took a chance with two rugs; a beautiful hand knotted Oriental and a wool area rug that was badly stained as it is used at my kitchen sink.
