Professional and thorough. Tim and Dan did what they said they would, when they said they'd do it. The Artisan team was courteous and kept us informed of the project process from start to finish - including coming back after the snow cleared to check for debris.
*UPDATE* Malgré le mauvais service que j'ai eux dès le départ... Ils m'ont contacté directement et règlé la situation, selon eux, c'est un centre d'appel qui gère les appelles et personnes y parlent français. Mais ils sont rectifier cela... Ceci dit, j'ai fait faire une évaluation et fait remplacé notre toit par la suite, et en tôle en plus! C'est TRÈS BEAUX et nous aurons pas besoin de s'inquité de cela pedant plusieurs années!!!
