Would not recommend. The timeline was a joke. Our project was supposed to start in February and only take 4 weeks (not accounting for any weather delays). It did not start until a month later. Communication was non existent unless we reached out to our contractor and then what we were told almost never happened without us having to reach out again. We could not be more thrilled with the outdoor space they created for us. It was a big job, with many moving parts-made difficult by supply chain issues. Colin somehow kept it moving forward despite this, and now we have an amazing new space that we hope to use almost year-round. The attached photos show the tiny area we had (where it started) and how it ended up. I deal with many contractors with my rental properties, and his deep knowledge of construction and is good to have in your team of professionals. Will hire again.
