If I could give this realty company 0 stars, I would. I’m not sure how they function for their white tenants but if you’re a POC, I would consider renting somewhere else. You can pay rent on time for years, never cause any issues, but the moment you fall down on hard times they wanna kick you down even further by reporting you to the credit bureau for MADE UP CHARGES after already settling any debt or repairs before moving out.
