We had debris from an accident damage our dormer window. Mike came out quickly even though they were busy, he evaluated the roof, put our minds at ease that it was only window and trim damage. I was able to settle with the insurance quickly. People over the phone wanted to replace original window with vinyl. Gave honest, fair price for replacement roof, NO PRESSURE! Also, sent me a rebate check and Dunkin’ gift card which were a wonderful, unexpected surprise! Will use Artisan Quality Construction when I’m ready for siding!
They arrived early morning loaded with materials.They worked hard all day,cleaned up everything and left me with a beautiful new garage roof
The roof install took several days when most companies get the shingles off and on in 1 day. Terrible communication and in less than a year I have water in my basement from my bathroom flue when it rains so the crew clearly didn’t do a good enough job with sealing around the roof penetrations. Mike seemed like a very good guy but I personally had a 0/10 experience with him which was disappointing. I would not recommend this company if you need a roofing job done.
