We used Artisan Pools in 2020. We loved working with Dave and Chip. They were very busy during this time as so many people were putting in pools during Covid. They were not the least expensive quote and certainly not the most expensive proposal we received which we appreciated since so many pool companies seemed to be taking advantage of the increase in demand. We used Artisan to build a primarily rectangular pool with a sun shelf, stairs, bubblers, and a built-in bench. We wanted our look to be sleek and clean. Additionally, Artisan installed turf, pavers, and palm trees around our pool. Chip was with us every step of the way and the pool they built gets rave reviews from anyone that comes over all summer long. We would recommend Artisan to anyone. This is my first ever public review of a company, but I am so disheartened I felt that I should inform others of what to expect in working with Chip and Dave. I spent over a year researching pool contractors and interviewed 5+. We ended up going with Artisan Pools, because not only did Dave seem to get my vision, but also sold me that they were a locally-owned small company, didn’t do a ton of pools at once and that Dave would be onsite to manage the project to completion.
