I have been working with Elle for 2.5 years now and I can't imagine where I would be without her help and guidance! Prior to finding her, I was dealing with back/neck pain issues for over a year - I saw multiple doctors and physical therapists, was told I need steroid injections, and was given exercises that didn't help or made the pain worse. By working with Elle, I was finally able to get to the root of the pain, get it under control, and return to rock climbing. Her collaborative, individualized approach to working with p... read more
Elle is an amazing physical therapist. As a former college soccer player, I had high expectations and Elle has exceeded those expectations. She’s knowledgeable, caring, and effective. Her focus on holistic health differentiates her from other PTs, especially those at big chains. She spends the full time with you 1:1 which is critical to improvement. I regained a lot of strength and function, as well as learned how to manage my own movement. Couldn’t recommend Elle more highly!

I have had shoulder problems for over 35 years and I have seen my share of PTs. Liz has increased my shoulder mobility and strength which has them feeling better than in years! With her work I can continue to rock climb and I have been able to resume lap swimming too, something I had to give up nearly 10 years ago.
