Worst customer service. Angela could not accept that I did not want gel polish. She was incredibly pushy! She was clearly angry for the rest of my visit. 🤷♀️ The pedicure was fine, but her attitude was awful. I really do not think they want business. I guess they have enough. I drove in from from Dallas because I have always had good experiences here, but this will be my last.
Visited this place for the first time and the service I received was absolutely horrible! Kim is her name and I wouldn’t let her do anything to my hands or feet ever again. She cut me twice & never apologized. I had to ask her to clean in between my toes, she told me I had to go to a beauty salon to get that done. I was in awe. I have been going to Artisan for about 5 years and always a good job, they have plenty of staff and there is rarely a wait. What made me post this 5 Star review? It is a nail tech named TEE, she did a fantastic job with my pink and white tip solar nails yesterday. She was very sweet and did a great job. Thank you TEE!!
Very busy and very rushed. Not worth the money at all and won't go back.
This used to be my favorite place to get pampered. I haven't been in a couple of years due to moving out of town but when I went yesterday I was pleased UNTIL the tech working on my fill and another tech that was not working on me started discussing the price. I knew that it would be $40-$45 bucks to get a fill on ombre nails but I decided to do it anyway even though that price already seemed a bit steep for a fill.
