I’m really sad to be writing this, but I’ve finally had enough. I’ve been a loyal customer, but today was my last visit. I was serviced by the owner (Irene), who rushed through doing my nails because the salon was very busy, which I understand, but that doesn’t excuse the experience I had. She applied the polish way too thick, and when I politely asked her to redo it, she responded, “Oh, you don’t like it thick, you like a more natural look.” Yes, exactly! Let's just say, I'll NEVER go back. Jenny cut me and proceeded to do my nails without cleaning it up, worst experience I've ever had anywhere. I was on my way out when a different person looked at it, and they both sent me on my way just like this. Still charged me and everything. How is this place even open

This the first salon I’ve been to that the polish removal process is so gentle. This is the first time in a long time my nails are not damaged from going to the salon. I see Jennifer and she is very kind, patient and talented. Salon is very clean and everyone is very pleasant.
